Worship

Worship and prayer are the focal points of our church family life. In worship and prayer, join us as we are drawn closer to God and are empowered with wisdom and strength to go forth and live as Christians in our community and in the world.

During the regular church year, come and participate in several different opportunities for worship during the regular weekend services.

  • Celebration of the Word service at 8:30-9:30 AM.  -This service follows a traditional order of worship and traditional style music. A Children's Message is included when children are present.  Holy Communion is offered weekly with this church service. Directly after church you are invited to stop by the Agape Cafe for light refreshments and for Sunday School.

  • The MOSAIC service at 10:30-11:30 AM   -Meaningful, Ordered, Spiritual, Artistic, Inspired Church which features  the In Good Faith Band musicians and our Covenant Choir.   This service offers a more contemporary style of worship for the church community.  The MOSAIC service also includes a Children's Message followed by an extended session of Sunday School featuring our popular LIVE BIG curriculum! MOSAIC celebrates Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month.

Additional opportunities for worship are provided at special times, such as Christmas and Easter and during special events.

Nursery Care for children ages 3 and younger is provided by our staff nursery caregiver on duty.  She is an energetic, compassionate, and creative caregiver who provides a safe environment for infants and toddlers allowing their parents to worship comfortably.  We follow the tenents of safety as prescribed by the United Methodist guidelines for Safe Sanctuary.  During our regular worship schedule, nursery care is available from 8:30am - 12:30pm.

Agape as in Ah-gah-peh.  It means the friendship of fellowship.

Do you have a special occasion you want to share and celebrate?

Sign up for hosting the Agape Cafe! The Agape Cafe is the after church fellowship space where we sit to enjoy each other's company and conversation, with a little refreshment to whet our whistle.

Coffee, cold water, and hot tea are provided.

Rules for hosting the cafe are in the Cafe cart drawer.

THANK YOU for having us at the Agape Cafe. We will definitely come again!
